Follow Ups
This client had an overwhelming amount of leads in the system and their onsite team just did not have the man power to complete these follow ups. These were precious leads that they were afraid weren’t getting the attention they deserved in order to close on them. Enchill PMC took this assignment, followed up with over 1500 leads, set appointments for the onsite team, removed unqualified leads from the system and closed leases over the phone to get the property to the occupancy they desired.
Set Up and Manage Social Media
This client had a small student housing apartment community. They did not have any social media presence. They brought Enchill PMC in to create and manage their social media. Because of our efforts, that property was able to engage with their residents on social media as well as promoted brand awareness to the campus and community. The biggest win of all was when they started acquiring leads from the social media pages that we were managing.
Creating Resident Events
Most properties get really busy with day to day operations of the property so they never have the time to put together resident events. And if they do put together an event, it is unsuccessful. With this client, we came in, determined the residents needs and wants, created a Resident events calendar, marketed a few events, and hosted multiple successful resident events.
