A Day in The Life
A typical day for an Enchill PMC Leasing Specialist is definitely one of a kind. No matter where you are in the country, every task brings some exhilarating encounters, and a possibility to develop and most importantly an opportunity to grow!
Our Leasing Specialists live at the communities, hotels, or near by fully furnished corporate apartment. Being so close to the property allows them to capitalize on their mornings by researching their cities and getting ready for another thrilling day. Our Leasing Specialist are in the office 7 days a week while on an assignment.
Once in the workplace, the Enchill PMC Leasing Specialist is in charge of all leasing and marketing activities on the property. The Leasing Specialist takes care of all leasing related phone calls and walk-in traffic.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
Greet all prospective residents, current residents, and other staff members professionally and courteously, either in-person or on the phone
Maintain thorough product knowledge of their assigned property and the competition
Convert phone calls and/or internet leads to tours and tours to leases
Ensure Guest Card is used in entirety with every prospect
Prepare lease paperwork and all related paperwork for management
Understand and respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
Showing residential property
Closing the traffic
Regular scheduled progress reporting

Other Considerations
This position does require full-time travel. You will be required to live on the property you are leasing for 45-60 days at a time. Once each assignment is over, you will receive a two week vacation. Take this time to forget all about work, visit friends and family, and simply relax and recuperate for another fun adventure!
